Guizhou will allocate 50 million yuan each year to promote the construction and development of the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone

The "Implementation Plan for the China (Guiyang) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone" recently issued by Guizhou Province proposed the establishment of a special fund for the development of cross-border e-commerce in Guiyang. That is, starting from 2019, 50 million yuan will be allocated from the Guiyang government every year to promote the construction and development of the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone.

It is understood that in addition to Guiyang, Guizhou will also promote the development of cross-border e-commerce in Gui'an New District and other places, and gradually promote it to other cities (prefectures) in the province. It is also striving to build a cross-border e-commerce big data comprehensive service center, a cross-border e-commerce logistics distribution center, etc. in Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone after 3 to 5 years of reform experiments; and build a cross-border e-commerce bonded processing center in Gui'an Comprehensive Bonded Zone.

It is reported that Guizhou will use "six systems" and "two platforms" as the basic framework for the development of cross-border e-commerce. The "six systems" are information sharing, financial services, intelligent logistics, e-commerce integrity, statistical monitoring and risk prevention and control systems, which provide management and services covering the entire process of cross-border e-commerce and various entities; the "two platforms" include an online comprehensive service platform and an offline industrial park platform, which will provide software and hardware conditions for the construction of the comprehensive pilot zone.

"This exhibition is not only to promote our products through this international big data platform, but more importantly to seek partners here. Since the exhibition, many cross-border e-commerce companies that have settled in Guiyang have communicated with us. We found that Guiyang has a good cross-border e-commerce business environment and development platform.
