2. Unless storage containers are raised off the ground or protected from contact with deposited hazardous liquids, the foundation should have appropriate slope or secondary containment design to drain and remove leaking, spilling or deposited hazardous liquids.

3. The secondary containment system must be able to accommodate 110% of the maximum container capacity. If there is overflow or leakage of waste material that is deposited in the accumulation tank or collection tank, it should be handled in time to avoid excessive overflow.

4. Dangerous goods that may react with each other must be stored separately, and the storage containers must be isolated from each other, or secondary containers must be added to avoid mixing and reaction due to leakage or overflow.

5. Dangerous goods storage areas should have clear signs, such as "hazardous waste storage", and indicate the types of hazardous goods, such as flammable, corrosive, etc.

6. Dangerous goods storage areas should be equipped with emergency handling equipment, including adsorbents (such as adsorbent pads, adsorbent mud, etc.), shovels, brooms, boots, gloves, protective masks, etc.
