New Balance is headquartered in Boston, USA. It is one of the world's leading sportswear manufacturers. Its products include various types of sportswear and the first sports shoes for boys and girls of different widths. In 1906, Mr. William J. Riley founded a foot arch support company called New Balance in Boston, USA, specializing in custom-made orthopedic arch supports and corrective shoes. One day, when he was observing the chickens in the yard, he found that the chickens' three claws could maintain balance, so he applied the inspiration to the design and development of arch supports, and the name New Balance came into being.
