ISO9000 family of standards only requires four steps to effectively improve quality management
First, the ISO9000 family of standards meets the needs of organizations to improve quality management . Any product or service reflects customer needs through specifications or technical standards, but if the organizational management system that provides and supports production is not perfect, it is impossible to consistently produce products that meet customer requirements. It is precisely because of this concern that the ISO9000 standard - the quality system standard - was created.

Second, the ISO9000 family of standards embodies the guiding ideology of prevention first. In the basic concepts of the ISO9000 standard, process control is particularly emphasized, that is, the ISO9000 family of standards is based on the understanding that all work is completed through processes. In other words, the quality of all products (services) is also formed in the process of product formation. To control product quality, the process must be controlled. Controlling the process embodies such an advanced quality management ideology of prevention first.

Third, adopting ISO9000 family standards can standardize quality management and program quality activities. To implement ISO9000, a documented quality system must be established.
The quality system makes detailed provisions for the scope and purpose of each activity, what to do, who will do it, when to do it, where to do it, how to do it, what equipment and materials to use, how to control and record activities, etc., so that there are rules to follow in work, rules must be followed, and violations must be corrected. Achieve the transformation from "rule by man" to "rule by law".

Fourth, implement ISO9000 family standards and establish a self-improvement mechanism. After an organization implements ISO9000 standards and establishes a quality system, it can have the function of self-improvement.
The standard requires that after the quality system is established, internal quality audits and management reviews must be carried out continuously as required. In this way, effective quality control can be achieved and continuous quality improvement can be achieved.
