Official full name: Transaction Certificate ; The Chinese name is: Transaction Proof ; just as the name implies, it is proof of the real transaction between the buyer and seller of GRS products.
After passing the GRS certification, the company has generated real transactions of GRS products. Generally, at this time, customers will ask us to issue TC to them to prove that the products traded are recycled products that meet the GRS standards.
First of all, TC looks like this~ [TC styles differ slightly between ps certification agencies] Then, learn about TC content [psTC pictures are recommended to be saved for later use, the difficulties are explained below]
- Issuer: The certification body that issues the certificate to its own company, for example: ITS.
- The last stage of production and processing: the company that performs the final processing on the product before it is delivered to the customer.
- Recipient information: refers to the customer information of the destination where the product is delivered, which is sometimes different from the buyer.
Product ingredient information: including the product name and ingredient ratio, which needs to be complete, for example: Dyed fabrics/Knitted fabrics - 50% Recycled post-consumer polyester + 50% Polyester. The weight of recycled materials in the product: for example, a product with a net weight of 1 ton: Dyed fabrics/Knitted fabrics - 50% Recycled post-consumer polyester + 50% Polyester, the weight of recycled materials is 1*50%=0.5 ton, that is: recycled material weight = net weight* recycled content ratio. Definition of subcontractor: If some processing of the product is subcontracted to other factories for processing, then the other factories are subcontractors; (For example: if you buy yarn and outsource weaving, the weaving factory is the subcontractor; if you buy white grey cloth and outsource dyeing, the dyeing factory is the subcontractor, and the same applies to other factories)
Finally, apply for TC [need to be careful and serious]
Once the original TC is issued, it is valid for a long time and there is no such thing as expiration until the products in the TC are used up or used by the consumer.
- TC needs to be issued 6 months after the product is shipped. TC cannot be applied after the deadline.
// Which products can be combined to open a TC?
A TC can only have one seller, one final processing link, and one buyer. The same customer but different consignees can be put into the same TC. - Different orders from the same customer for three consecutive months can be put into the same TC.
