There are four levels of Li & Fung factory inspection scoring, namely, full compliance, continued improvement, immediate rectification and zero tolerance. Among them, the situation that requires immediate rectification appears more frequently. So, what problems in the factory that require immediate rectification during Li & Fung factory inspection? Common problems that require immediate rectification are as follows:

1. The factory has not conducted a fire escape drill at least once every 6 months. Li & Fung Factory Inspection has certain requirements for fire safety, requiring workshops and dormitories to conduct a fire drill every six months, and the records must be kept for the auditor to review during the Li & Fung factory inspection. It is necessary to record the time, number of people, information on the organizers of the fire drill, and related pictures, photos or videos.

2. Minor workers are found in workshops with dust and noise pollution. Minor workers are workers who are not yet adults but older than child workers. They are legally employed in factories, but they cannot work overtime like adult workers, and they cannot work at night or engage in dangerous work. In other words, minor workers cannot engage in work that is harmful to their body and mind. Factories must also conduct regular physical examinations for minor workers.

3. The factory has gas tanks, but they are not registered. Gas tanks refer to equipment specially used to store gas, and they also play the role of stabilizing the system pressure. According to the pressure that the gas tanks can withstand, they can be divided into high-pressure gas tanks, low-pressure gas tanks, and normal-pressure gas tanks. Gas tanks are divided into: carbon steel gas tanks, low-alloy steel gas tanks, and stainless steel gas tanks. According to the pressure, they are divided into: low-pressure gas tanks, medium-pressure gas tanks, and high-pressure gas tanks. Gas tanks (pressure vessels) are generally composed of parts and components such as cylinders, heads, flanges, pipes, sealing elements, and supports. In addition, they are also equipped with safety devices, meters, and internal parts that complete different production process functions. Gas tanks are also equipment with very strict requirements. If a gas tank leaks, it will cause huge losses and damage to the factory. 4. The factory's special equipment operators do not have relevant valid operating certificates. Special operation equipment refers to large-scale operating equipment, such as elevators, pressure vessels, refrigeration equipment, etc. Special operation personnel include electricians, high-altitude operators, welders, etc. Special operations refer to operations that are prone to casualties and may cause serious harm to the life and health of the operator, others, and the safety of surrounding facilities. Personnel directly engaged in special operations are called special operation personnel. Because special operations have different risk factors and are prone to damage the safety and health of operators, special operations require necessary safety protection measures, including technical measures, health measures, and organizational measures. The Labor Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant safety and health regulations stipulate that employees engaged in special operations must be provided with special safety and technical training by their units in accordance with relevant regulations, and only after they have passed the examination of the relevant authorities and obtained an operator qualification certificate or driver's license, they are allowed to operate independently. Special operations personnel must receive specialized safety and technical training appropriate to their type of work, pass safety and technical theory assessments and practical operation skills assessments, and obtain a special operations operator certificate before they can go to work; those who have not received training or have failed the training assessment are not allowed to go to work.

The training and assessment of special operations personnel implements the system of separation of teaching and assessment. The State Administration of Work Safety is responsible for organizing the formulation of the training syllabus and assessment standards for special operations personnel and recommending the use of teaching materials. Training institutions organize and carry out training in accordance with the training syllabus and recommended teaching materials formulated by the State Administration. Provincial-level production safety supervision and management departments, coal mine safety supervision agencies or qualified units entrusted by them organize and carry out assessments in accordance with the assessment standards formulated by the State Administration.

5. There are underage workers in the factory, but they have not been registered with the local labor department or have not undergone physical examinations. Underage workers refer to young workers under the age of 18, who do not meet the age standards for adult workers but are older than child workers.
