A survey report released by the Chinese Entrepreneur Survey System of the Development Research Center of the State Council shows that in the new era of economic transformation and development, business operators have realized the importance of social responsibility strategy and green strategy, and have begun to consciously pursue new business opportunities in green development, striving to gain the upper hand in future competition. The "China Enterprise Strategy: Current Situation, Problems and Suggestions - 2010 China Enterprise Manager Growth and Development Special Survey Report" released by the China Entrepreneur Survey System on April 24 shows that 80% of business operators said that "the company attaches great importance to corporate social responsibility" and "while pursuing profits, the company pays great attention to the impact on the environment." 86.4% of companies said that "the company consciously reduces resource consumption and pollution in various ways to save costs." 75% of companies said that they are "consciously pursuing green business opportunities (developing new businesses related to environmental protection)." As for the driving factors for enterprises to implement green strategies, the survey shows that policies and regulations are still the main factors, followed by the influence of peers and other companies. The percentage of business operators who agree with the three surveys, "Under the constraints of government regulations, we attach great importance to environmental protection", "The emphasis on environmental protection by peer companies makes us follow their example", and "The environmental behavior of other companies with whom we have business relationships makes us pay more attention to environmental protection", is 82.1%, 46.1%, and 57.9% respectively. In terms of sustainable development, product and market innovation have become the factors that companies pay the most attention to. The survey shows that when asked "what aspects should companies emphasize for long-term sustainable development", 59.5% of companies chose "product innovation", 57.3% chose "management concept innovation", and 47.3% chose "market innovation". In addition, 39.7% of companies also chose "internal governance innovation", 26.9% chose "core values and cultural innovation", and 23.6% chose "business model innovation". The report points out that attaching importance to green strategies and corporate social responsibility is becoming an important part of the sustainable development strategy of domestic enterprises. At the same time, promoting product innovation, market innovation and business model innovation through innovation in internal governance and management concepts is the basic path for domestic enterprises to move towards sustainable development.
