How to obtain OCS certification?

OCS certification application process:

1. Application

After the certification company receives the formally signed application form and verifies that it is correct, it will initiate a project to evaluate the feasibility of the certification and related costs.

2. Contract

After evaluating the application form, the review agency will quote based on the application. The budget will be detailed in the contract. Applicants should confirm and sign the contract as soon as possible after receiving it.

3. Registration

After receiving the signed contract and verifying that it is correct, the review agency will register the applicant and issue a registration number.

4. Payment

After the review agency issues a quotation contract, the enterprise must pay.

5. Audit

After confirming that the necessary system documents have been sorted out, the audit agency will arrange auditors to conduct on-site audits and issue a formal report within two weeks after the audit.

6. Issue of certificate

The audit agency will issue a formal consultation within two weeks after receiving the formal report. If non-conformities are found during the audit, different measures will be taken according to the actual situation. All non-conformities must be corrected within the specified time before the certificate can be issued. A draft certificate will be sent to the applicant before the original is issued. After the applicant confirms that it is correct, the original certificate will be issued and mailed to the applicant's designated address.
