Physical security includes: adequate locking devices, adequate lighting and perimeter security. 20. The factory/warehouse access control supplier should establish security procedures to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering all loading/unloading platforms and areas. 21. There must be procedures for identifying, questioning and reporting unauthorized persons. 24. Factory/Warehouse Safety Training and Awareness Suppliers must have or establish a safety awareness program that focuses on training employees on hazard awareness and supply chain safety issues. All employees of suppliers must receive such training. 25. Factory/warehouse personnel safety. Within the scope permitted by local laws, personnel screening is carried out during the recruitment process, including background checks and employee interviews.
