ICS certification zero tolerance issues are ICS major alarm notification violations. ICS certification zero tolerance issues are as follows: Does the factory employ child labor? Whether wage deductions occur; whether prisoners are employed. Whether employees encounter discrimination in employment, salary, training opportunities, promotion, termination of employment, retirement, etc.; whether employees encounter any form of harassment, mental, physical and/or verbal abuse, corporal punishment; whether disciplinary sanctions such as suspension of work and forced leave are legal and appropriate. If the total working hours per week exceed 84 hours, it will be considered zero tolerance. If the total working hours per week exceed 72 hours, the rating will be E; whether the statutory minimum wage standard enjoyed by employees complies with local laws and regulations; whether overtime is paid. Is there a second emergency exit on each floor? Are the emergency exits unobstructed and unlocked? Are there fire alarms? Are there fire extinguishers on each floor? Are employee dormitories far away from hazardous material storage areas or production buildings where hazardous operations occur? |
