What can bus companies do to pass TS16949 certification ? For enterprises that are struggling to implement ISO9001, is it possible to implement TS16949, which is much higher than ISO9001? Only the enterprise knows the actual situation. Will it fall into the trap set by the powerful enterprise if it blindly follows? Even if it follows, where is the entry point? In my opinion, many things are dilemmas. If you don't do it, you will "wait" for death. If you actively do it, you will "seek" death. If the result is "seeking" death, then man proposes, God disposes. But who is willing to "wait" for death? "Being proactive" does not mean "successful", but there is always hope, while "being passive" does not even mean hope. The basic principles of ISO9001 standard are universal, and its process model is indeed suitable for various organizations from an abstract level. However, for a specific individual, it does not mean that it can be used well immediately. It requires a long digestion process, or in other words, the process of implementing the standard is a process of continuous learning, a process of continuous comprehension, and a process of continuous application (summarization). Having the experience of implementing ISO9001 standard is finally a foundation for passing TS16949 certification. It is always better to have a foundation than to have no foundation. 5.1 Analyze the current status of implementing ISO9001 standards At first, many enterprises did not know much about ISO9001. With the direct purpose of obtaining the certificate as soon as possible, they quickly introduced the ISO9001 requirements model with the help of consulting companies . Secondly, we need to check whether the methods advocated by ISO9001 standards have been mastered. The "mastered" here refers to whether the vast majority of middle-level and above managers have mastered and consciously applied them. The focus of standard implementation is to spread the "quality management concept" and popularize the methods advocated by ISO9001 standards. The methods advocated by ISO9001 standards have been proven to be effective through practical tests, and they also have a certain depth and difficulty. Practice shows that many companies that have introduced ISO9001 standards have seen very slow improvements in their management level. The main reason is that the companies have not really mastered the methods advocated by ISO9001 standards. If the methods advocated by ISO9001 standards cannot be mastered (or popularized), before introducing TS16949, it is best to learn the "methods" advocated by ISO9001 standards in place, make up for it and popularize it. The so-called TS16949 is higher than ISO9001, mainly reflected in the fact that the methods advocated by TS16949 standards add more professional "process methods" in the industry on the basis of ISO9001. 5.2 Focus on learning the process approach advocated by the TS16949 standard The TS16949 standard includes all the contents of ISO9001, and also incorporates the "process method" unique to the automotive industry. For example, the use of special methods such as failure mode and effect analysis, process capability analysis, and supplier delivery capability monitoring are not explicitly required in the ISO9001 standard, but are rigidly stipulated in the TS16949 standard. The "process method" unique to the automotive industry advocated by TS16949 has an effective function in improving the product quality of automotive companies, reducing waste, reducing costs, and ensuring delivery time. The "process method" advocated by TS16949, which is unique to the automotive industry, is very mature and has reached the level of technical specifications. If enterprises that implement the standard follow it, the effect will be immediately apparent. Of course, there is a prerequisite for using these methods, that is, the users should have a certain cultural level, professional quality, and practical experience; on the other hand, the use of these methods also requires a systematic training process; thirdly, after using them, supervision, inspection, evaluation, improvement, and sustainability must also be in place. 5.3 Incorporate the process approach advocated by TS16949 standard into ISO9001 quality system For companies that have passed ISO ISO9001 certification and have no interest in entering the international market, for example, if their corporate strategy is the domestic rural passenger transport market (or a specific domestic market segment), the current ISO ISO9001 standard quality management system can basically meet the requirements and only needs some improvements. They can also selectively partially introduce the process approach advocated by the TS16949 standard. ISO ISO9001 standard is very open. The introduction and use of various specialized methods can be determined by the enterprise according to its actual situation. The ISO9001 standard does not make a hard and fast rule on when to introduce and how much to introduce. Of course, once officially introduced, it must be used, otherwise it will not meet the requirements of ISO ISO9001 standard. If an enterprise intends to pass the TS16949 standard certification, it must be prepared to fully implement the process methods advocated by the standard, otherwise it will not be possible to pass the certification of this standard. |
