2. Cargo Tracking Procedure:

How does the factory ensure that the goods are delivered to the port or consolidator in a timely manner? Are there different procedures for different situations? Who is responsible? Are there records? Where are the records stored and how long are they kept? What is the procedure for handling abnormalities?

3. Cargo inspection procedures:

① What is the procedure for counting products according to shipping documents? Who is responsible? How to record? What is the procedure for handling abnormalities or discrepancies?

②What is the procedure for checking that all shipments are properly labeled, marked, weighed, counted and recorded? Who is responsible?

4. Seal inspection procedures:

What is the procedure for checking seals? Who is responsible? How to record? What is the procedure for handling abnormalities?

5. Truck drivers are prohibited from participating in loading:

What principles should truck drivers follow during loading? Who is responsible for ensuring that truck drivers are not involved in loading?

Physical Security

1. Surrounding environment:

Where is the factory entrance? What kind of security controls are used at the factory entrance to monitor the entry and exit of people and vehicles? What procedures does the factory use to maintain factory entrance security?

2. Locking:

When the factory is closed, how do you ensure that the doors and windows are locked? Who is responsible?

3. Storage of goods:

How does the factory distinguish between goods for export and domestic sales in the warehouse? How does the factory restrict the entry of dangerous goods? Who is responsible? What kind of security mechanism is used? (Barriers? CCTV? Guards? Others) Who has the right to access different types of goods and enter different areas?

4. Packing and loading:

① How does the factory ensure that unauthorized personnel do not enter the packaging and loading areas? Who is responsible? What security mechanisms are used? (For example: guards checking documents; CCTV monitoring; blocking and isolating areas, etc.) If guards are responsible, when are the guards on duty? What types of employees can enter these areas? Are there any records?

② During loading, how to maintain safety around the loading area? What mechanism is used? Who is responsible?

5. CCTV system maintenance:

If CCTV is used, who is responsible for monitoring the area monitored by the camera? What procedures are followed when inappropriate behavior is discovered? How long are the tapes kept? Who is responsible? Who is responsible for maintaining the equipment? Where is the equipment stored? Who has access to the area? Is the area secure?

6. Alarm system maintenance:

If an alarm is used, who has the alarm code? Who has access to the area where the equipment is stored? How is this area secured? What procedures should be followed in the event of a break-in?

7.Key Tracking:

Who owns the keys to the facility? What is the procedure for issuing a new set of keys? Are there records of who owns the keys?

8. Private or visitor parking:

Can employees or visitors park their vehicles? Are there designated parking areas? Who is responsible for monitoring parking areas? Are there procedures to check for unauthorized vehicles? Are all incidents logged? If so, where are the records stored? How long are the records kept? Who is responsible for maintaining these documents?

Access Control

1. Employee ID:

What are the steps for making a badge for a new employee? What information should be included in the badge? Who makes and controls the issuance of badges? How do badges for different types of employees with different access rights look different? Which badges allow employees to enter restricted areas? What is the procedure for reclaiming the identity documents, plant access, and equipment access rights (badges, key cards, etc.) of employees who have left the company?

2. Visitor access control:

What is the procedure for visitors to enter the factory? What type of photo ID should visitors show? Which entrances and exits should visitors enter the factory? Who is responsible for confirming that visitors can enter approved areas? What information is recorded on the visitor registration form? How long is the record kept and where is it stored? Who has access to and is responsible for issuing and retrieving visitor badges? What measures are taken for visitors who fail to show photo ID? Are visitors monitored after entering the factory? Who is responsible? Who should be notified when visitors arrive? What types of visitors need to be closely supervised? Which areas of the factory are strictly prohibited for visitors to enter alone?

3. Verification of unauthorized individuals:

What are the steps to check for unauthorized personnel or visitors who are not wearing badges? What do staff do? What do managers and guards do? Which areas of the factory are restricted? What procedures should be taken to improve security weaknesses?

4. Employee access control:

How do you verify employees entering? (e.g. guards checking IDs, swiping cards, key codes, etc.) How do you determine entry and exit of areas?
