Who will audit Disney's factory inspection?

Sometimes Disney will audit the factory itself, but it is very strict! The audit company is only responsible for auditing the factory and issuing a report to Disney; whether the factory passes the factory inspection is determined by Disney, and Disney will not tell the audit company whether the factory has passed the audit; if the factory fails to pass the initial initial, then the subsequent follow-up and up audits will also be arranged by Disney and the number of audits will be determined.
