Timberland Timberland factory inspection introduction

Timberland was founded in Boston, USA in 1918. In its early days, it was a professional shoemaking company. In 1955, the company's founder, Nathan Swartz, acquired Abington Shoe Company, and in the following 10 years, it grew into the most successful shoe company in the United States. In the 1960s, they adopted a unique shoemaking technology to produce the world's first pair of shoes with no stitching on the sole and upper. The complete casting of the sole and upper created a truly waterproof shoe.
In 1973, the company changed its name to Timberland, which was named after the most popular brand of waterproof boots they manufactured. From 1978 to 1979, Timberland began to produce casual shoes and boat shoes, ending its history of producing only boots. Since the 1980s, Timberland has gradually grown into an international brand and started to produce clothing, women's shoes, backpacks, etc., and created the acclaimed Timberland PRO work series shoes.
After nearly 30 years of hard work, TIMBERLAND has spread to more than 90 countries around the world. The shoes made by TIMBERLAND are world-class in design, quality, durability and functionality.
Regarding the company's main "outdoor" concept, Timberland emphasizes that outdoor refers to the vast space of nature, whether it is land, sky, water or seabed. Timberland's outdoor products appeal to the physical and mental pleasure that people pursue in nature, rather than measurable sports performance. Therefore, Timberland has a reserved attitude towards products related to extreme sports.
