1. Purpose To formulate policies and procedures to comply with industry-standard working hours and rest periods under applicable laws and regulations, and to establish factory work and rest systems.

3. Procedure 3.1 Develop policies and procedures and communicate them to all employees and other stakeholders. The company complies with industry standard working hours and rest time under applicable laws and regulations. In any case, employees shall not be required to work more than 60 hours a week and ensure that employees have at least one day off every seven days. 3.2 Establish clear working hours and rest time, and inform employees when recruiting. 3.2.1 Under normal circumstances, the company implements a five-day-a-week, eight-hour-a-day work system in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Law. a. If overtime work is required due to production and operation needs, working hours may be extended after consultation with the trade union and employees and with the consent of the employees themselves, generally not exceeding 1 hour per day. b. If working hours need to be extended due to special reasons, the extended working hours shall not exceed 2 hours per day and 36 hours per month while ensuring the health of the workers. c. Overtime work that exceeds the above statutory time limits must be reported to the local labor department for approval. 3.2.2 In the abnormal situation of serious imbalance of production tasks, the company shall apply to the superior labor administration department for overtime or comprehensive working hours. The weekly working hours of employees shall be controlled within 60 hours. In special circumstances (peak production period), if it is necessary to exceed this regulation, it must be approved by the general manager, but it cannot exceed 66 hours per week, and the health and rest of employees shall be guaranteed, and the average daily working hours and average weekly working hours shall be basically the same as the statutory standard working hours. 3.3 Employees have the right to refuse any forced extension of working hours in violation of the Labor Law. 3.4 All employees are required to punch in and out of get off work, and the computer card automatically records the actual working hours of employees every day. Employees or other stakeholders can verify it accordingly. 3.5 If employees are arranged to work overtime, overtime pay should be paid according to regulations. 3.6 Study and summarize production rules, improve labor productivity, arrange production rationally, and reduce overtime hours in a planned manner. 3.7 Employees are entitled to the following leave benefits: 3.7.1 National holidays (paid holidays). 3.7.2 Employees who have worked continuously for more than one year are entitled to paid annual leave. 3.7.3 An employee is entitled to three days of paid leave if he/she gets married or his/her spouse or immediate relative dies. 3.7.4 Maternity leave for female employees. 3.7.5 Marriage leave. 3.7.6 Bereavement leave. 3.8 The Administration Department is responsible for the formulation, review and revision of this procedure.
