D&G factory inspection standard introduction and grade result scoring

The standards used by D&G for factory inspection are WCA and SQP, which are independently developed by ITS. The social responsibility standard is WCA, and the quality standard is SQP. D&G factory inspection has very high requirements for factories, requiring enterprises to achieve 85 points or above in factory inspection, otherwise they need to be reviewed. WCA and SQP factory inspections are divided into 4 levels. D&G factory inspections are required to reach the highest level, so it is very difficult. The organizations currently audited by WCA are ITS and LIVE WORK.

D&G factory inspection rating results (calculated based on a 100-point rating standard):
1. If the score is below 70, it is considered unqualified. The factory may have strict problems. Follow up after 120 days to affect the order
2. 70-80 points. There are many non-conformities. Follow up after half a year. No impact on order
3. 80 points or above are considered qualified. The validity period is one year. DG will give priority to placing orders for such factories.

D&G factory inspection results are divided into the following six categories:
1. Green light: 81% to 100% with no serious problems; valid for one year.
2. Yellow light: 61% to 80% with no serious problems; valid for 6 months.
3. Yellow light - pending level 1: 61-80%, but serious problems occur, FAIL; follow-up review within 120 days.
4. Red light - pending level 2: less than 61% and serious problems occur, FAIL; follow-up review within 60 days.
5. Red light: less than 61%; NON-CERTIFIED.
6. Red light - Rejection: Fatal problems such as child labor, forced labor or transshipment occur; this factory will never employ them.
