Among them, boilers, pressure vessels (including gas cylinders), and pressure pipelines are pressure-bearing special equipment; elevators, lifting machinery, passenger ropeways, and large amusement facilities are electromechanical special equipment Five key points:
1. "Installation Supervision Inspection Report" and "Special Equipment Registration Certificate" for newly installed boilers and pressure vessels
a. It is not necessary to check the hydraulic test report or pressure test report for the time being. b. For boilers, it is necessary to check the special operation personnel certificate. c. For pressure vessels, it is not necessary to check the special operation personnel certificate. 2. For boilers in use, "Registration Certificate for Special Equipment Use", "External Inspection Report", "Internal Inspection Report", and the corresponding safety valve and pressure gauge inspection or calibration records; (Note the next inspection date mentioned in the report.) For pressure vessels in use, "Registration Certificate for Special Equipment Use", "Pressure Vessel Comprehensive Inspection Report", and the corresponding safety valve and pressure gauge inspection or calibration records (Note the next inspection date or validity period mentioned in the report.)
3. If the factory's boilers and pressure vessels have been scrapped, if the auditor cannot determine whether the boilers and pressure vessels are no longer or cannot be used, the auditor must check the record of discontinuation of use (or receipt). If the factory cannot provide it, please check with the above points 1 and 2.
4. For small and normal pressure hot water boilers, only the boiler registration certificate shall be checked. 5. For simple pressure vessels, the registration and inspection records do not need to be checked.
