The adjusted minimum wage standard for enterprise employees and the minimum wage standard for part-time employees are divided into five levels, among which Guangzhou implements the highest first-class standard, which is 1,030 yuan/month, an increase of 19.8%, and the corresponding minimum wage standard for part-time employees is 9.9 yuan/hour; The second category standard is 920 yuan/month, an increase of 19.5%. The implementation areas are Zhuhai, Foshan, Dongguan and Zhongshan in the Pearl River Delta region. The corresponding minimum wage standard for part-time employees is 8.8 yuan/hour; The third category standard is 810 yuan/month, an increase of 20.9%. The implementation areas are Shantou, Huizhou and Jiangmen. The corresponding minimum wage standard for part-time employees is 7.9 yuan/hour; The fourth category standard is 710 yuan/month, an increase of 22.4%. The implementation areas are Shaoguan, Heyuan, Meizhou and other 12 cities. The corresponding minimum wage standard for part-time employees is 6.9 yuan/hour. The fifth category standard is 660 yuan/month, an increase of 24.5%. It is implemented by some difficult counties and county-level cities that implement the fourth category of cities. The corresponding minimum wage standard for part-time employees is 6.4 yuan/hour. It is reported that this adjustment is based on the economic and social development of Guangdong, in accordance with the proportion method, Engel coefficient method, international average wage ratio method and other methods stipulated in the "Minimum Wage Regulations", taking into account recent employment conditions, wage levels, price growth, social security levels and other factors. The purpose is to further enhance Guangdong's employment attractiveness, guide the return of foreign labor, and alleviate the "difficulty in recruiting workers" problem of some industries and enterprises in Guangdong.
