Evacuation plan

Factory Organization Chart

This is an outline of the factory's organizational structure and departmental divisions, and most companies will have this requirement. At the same time, many companies will also require organizational charts for the quality control department, safety and health and fire departments, etc.

Canteen Hygiene Permit

Most companies will have this requirement, which is issued by the local government health and quarantine department, except for those that provide meals within the factory.

Canteen staff personal health certificate

Same as above, provided by local government hospital.

Environmental Permit

Most companies will have this requirement, issued by the local government's Environmental Protection Bureau.

Fire permit

Almost every company will have this requirement, issued by the local government fire department.

Fire equipment inspection records

Almost every company has this requirement. This is the factory's self-inspection record. The record must clearly state the person in charge, inspection date, inspection results, maintenance date, etc.

Fire drill records and pictures

Almost every company has this requirement, and this is also the information prepared by the factory itself. Fire drills are required to be conducted at least once every six months. Through drills, employees must be taught the necessary knowledge of firefighting, and detailed records and photos must be kept after the drills.

Qualifications of Special Workers
