AVE certification guidance and preparation work before factory inspection
Workshop 1
1.1 Create a good production atmosphere in the workshop, open all doors, windows and lights
1.2 Keep it clean and tidy
1.3 There must be no broken needles or small metal objects on the parking space table.
1.3.1 Each team leader shall check the drawers of each parking space to ensure that there are no objects, metals, or unnecessary items in them.
1.3.2 Each team leader shall conduct a mid-/final-check/inspection of the receiving and dispatching drawers to ensure that no foreign objects, metal, or extraneous objects are found.
1.3.3 Small metal tools should be tied up and large metal tools should be labeled with numbers.
1.3.4 Install all safety production protection equipment in the parking space, such as needle break cover, motor protection cover, etc.
1.3.4 All tools brought by employees should be put away
1.4 Finished or semi-finished products cannot be placed on the ground (at least a plastic frame should be placed on the ground)
1.5 The following items must be included in the mid/final inspection:
1.5.1 Plastic frame (mark good and bad products)
1.5.2 Red Card
1.5.3 Size Chart
1.5.4 Ruler
1.5.5 Documentation (Process Sheet)
The report of the mid-term/final inspection must be recorded immediately.
1.6 Send and receive tools. Keep a report on needle exchange/tool distribution/tool receiving and sending. Tool distribution in tool boxes must have a record of sending and receiving.
1.7 There should not be any record books, salary slips, etc. in the workshop. All of them should be kept away.
1.8 Cleaning workers must wear masks and other labor protection items
2. Special flight crew
2.1 The desktop should not be too cluttered
2.2 All metal objects must be placed in designated plastic boxes.
2.3 Prepare the tensile test/button test report and post the relevant work procedures and standard specifications in the workshop and archive them.
2.4 All safety protection equipment is reinstalled
3. Tail 3.1 Cleaning Room
3.1.1 The room should be clean and tidy, tools should be placed in order, and there should be no water on the floor.
3.1.2 Lockers - The items are in accordance with the inventory quantity, there is a tool distribution record book, and they are locked
3.2.3 Cleanroom workers should wear relevant protective equipment (eye masks/masks)
3.2 Needle Detector/Needle Detector Test Report Record
4. Finished product warehouse
4.1 There must be a real-time inventory record book (special requirement of DiBiannon)
4.2 AQL Report
4.3 Packing Report
4.4 Finished products should not be placed too high, but should be placed neatly and steadily.
5. Cloth
5.1 Prepare fabric inspection report/in and out records/flags/color report/light box report, and use a unified fabric number (based on the supplier's number)
5.2 Standard fabric cards should be hung on the fabric inspection machine
5.3 Complete reporting of inflow and outflow
5.4 The fabric inspection machine should be reinstalled with the tested meter to operate
6. Material warehouse
6.1 IQC test report is ready (especially for snap buttons and zippers)
6.2 IQC operating procedures/standards should be labeled and filed in the workshop
6.3 Complete import/export/stock reports (listing quantity is consistent with export/stock records)
6.4 Keep warehouses clean and tidy
7. Cutting bed
7.1 A tank color report must be saved
7.2 There must be a filibuster report and other relevant reports
7.3 Electric trimmers should wear metal gloves
7.4 Do not stand on the cutting table while working
7.5 Records of releases must be kept and archived
8. Mechanic
8.1 Check the engine oil level to the warning line, not too high or too low
8.2 Use a magnet to check the interior of the sewing machine to see if there are any small metal objects in the wine tank or metal deposits in the engine oil.
8.3 Reinstall all motor belt guards
8.4 Keep records of sewing machine inspection, tool distribution, and sewing machine maintenance
8.5 The machine repair room needs to organize tools/edit neatly
9. Glue pressing set
Prepare adhesive report/test report/water pressure test report and related operation test procedures, post and archive them
10. Human Resources Department
10.1 Provide a list of young workers
10.2 Open the medicine box and ensure that there is enough medicine
10.3 Toilets, sanitary equipment and odour management
10.4 Inspection of dormitory facilities/factory cleaning/drinking water/firefighting facilities
11. All departments must work together to achieve the following:
11.1 Keep fire passages and restricted areas (fire extinguishers and power switches) unobstructed and not blocked.
11.2 Pay attention to the relevant date and time for all documents (must be done according to "C" version)
11.3 In preparation for the customer interview, employees need to be trained and given dialogues, and a "concert" is held.
11.4 On the day of the factory inspection, all documents and files on the desktop should be cleared away, and all unnecessary ones should be removed.
