1. First meeting①Introduce the purpose, methods, time arrangement, work division, etc. of the audit.

2. Factory tour ① Understand the basic situation of the factory, including the factory buildings, number of employees, dormitories, etc. ② Familiarize yourself with the route and understand the key points

3. Document and record inspection① Various documents and materials required (such as regulations prohibiting the use of child labor, regulations prohibiting discrimination, etc.)
② Check the records for 12 months, the last 3 months must meet ICTI requirements

4. On-site inspection① includes production workshops, warehouses, dormitories, canteens, toilets, gate guards, medical rooms, etc.
② Focus on the three principles of ICTI ③ Understand the production situation and record workers' activities on site ④ Take photos if necessary

5. Worker interviews ① Random selection ② Suspicious age ③ Factory representatives are not allowed to participate, conducted in a separate room ④ May be one-on-one or one-on-group

6. Final meeting ① Issue a provisional report and decide whether to recommend ② Issue a formal report within 10 days ③ Thank the factory for its cooperation ④ Answer questions raised by the factory
