Factory Inspection/Inspection Consulting Global Manufacturing Code - Management System (Mattel Factory Inspection)

Management System Does the factory provide each employee with a document regarding the employment relationship?

The document must be a formal letter, contract or other valid written document.
The factory must keep the original copy of the relevant documents signed by the employee and provide a copy to the employee.
The employment relationship documents should include the following:
Wages and salary calculation methods Benefit payment methods Calculation of normal working hours and overtime pay Board and lodging expenses Term of employment Deductions, fines and disciplinary penalties

Does the factory have enough trained and qualified EHS professionals?
The factory should have at least one qualified and trained EHS professional.
Each EHS professional must have at least one year of EHS experience or have completed at least two EHS courses.
According to local regulations, the factory should have an appropriate number of EHS personnel, and these personnel should hold nationally required certificates.

If the factory has more than 1,000 employees, there should be at least 2 EHS staff. The number of EHS staff must be equal to or greater than 0.2% of the total number of employees.
EHS staff must receive at least 120 hours of training and pass the corresponding assessment before taking up their posts.
