Backed by a deep-water port, Tangshan has excellent e-commerce infrastructure and huge import and export development potential. It has the first comprehensive bonded zone in Hebei Province. On August 26, the State Council established the Hebei Free Trade Experimental Zone. The Caofeidian area in Tangshan will focus on the development of international bulk commodity trade, port and shipping services, energy storage and distribution, and high-end equipment manufacturing, all of which provide a favorable environment and a channel for rapid development for the development of Tangshan's cross-border e-commerce.
