The order price (including shipping cost) is less than or equal to 1,000 Australian dollars eBay said that the regulations will not affect sellers' payment collection. Sellers will still receive the full amount of the order price (including shipping costs) paid by buyers, and the goods and services tax (GST) paid by buyers will be collected by eBay and paid to the Australian government.
