3. Confirm the terms and conditions. Step 2: Register a PayPal account. Step 3: Bind your eBay account to your PayPal account.

2. Click Account - PayPal Account - Connect to My PayPal Account
3. Fill in the address
4. Enter your PayPal account number and password. This will complete the association between your eBay account and PayPal account, and your eBay store registration will be successful.
