Third, ISO14001 certification standards strengthen customer satisfaction surveys and find opportunities for improvement. Conduct direct and indirect customer satisfaction surveys, evaluations and analyses regularly or irregularly to identify problems, find opportunities for improvement, optimize the entire promotion model, improve customer satisfaction, and form a benign, continuously improving circular promotion system. From the following, we can see that the communication system and the relationship system are the main bodies of the promotion model of ISO14001 environmental management system certification.
