Basic requirements for enterprise suppliers to apply for GRS on-site audit measures

GRS is the abbreviation of the first letters of Global Recycled Standard; the Chinese name of GRS is Global Recycling Standard, which is used to prove that the factory's production from raw materials-production-warehousing-delivery has the management ability to manage recycled materials. The Global Recycling Standard (GRS) was originally formulated by CU Certification Company (CU) in Rotterdam, the Netherlands in 2008, and the ownership was transferred to the Textile Exchange (TE) of the United States on January 1, 2011.

The GRS production management manual is the prescribed document of the organization's GRS management system. It explains the scope of the company's GRS management system, the summary of the procedure documents, the sequence and relationship of the service implementation process, and the management and control methods for them.

Basic requirements for enterprise suppliers to apply for GRS on-site audit measures:

1. The audit team leader chairs the first meeting, and the audit team members and the heads of the audited departments attend the meeting and sign in. The first meeting includes: a) Introduction of the audit plan;

b) Explain the audit procedures and methods; c) Put forward the requirements for cooperation from the audited department; d) Put forward matters that need attention during the audit.

2. The audit team leader presides over the on-site audit. The auditors collect objective evidence and keep audit records based on the checklist, through conversation, review of documents and records, and observation of the site and physical objects. The audited party should objectively reflect the situation and provide evidence truthfully to ensure the smooth progress of the audit work.

3. The audit team shall objectively evaluate the audit evidence obtained and form audit findings. The non-conformities found during the audit shall be confirmed by the person in charge of the audited department. 4. The audit team leader shall hold an internal meeting of the audit team at an appropriate time to exchange information and coordinate and deal with any problems found in a timely manner.

5. For non-conformities found during the audit, the audit team will fully discuss and determine the non-conformities and fill in the "Non-conformity Report"

6. The contents of the non-conformity report include the audit time, audited department, statement of non-conformity facts, nature of non-conformity, cause analysis, corrective action plan, implementation and verification of corrective measures, etc.

7. The audit team leader presides over the final meeting. The participants are the same as those in the first meeting and sign in. How to control GRS products

Principle: special materials for special purposes. Each batch of GRS raw materials can be traced back to which orders they were used for, how much was lost in the middle, how much was shipped, and how much was in stock; 1) The warehouse must separately register the entry and exit of GRS raw materials;

2) The production of GRS products in each process must be recorded in a separate daily report to facilitate statistics;

3) When switching from non-GRS products to GRS products, the machine must be cleaned first, and then production can begin. A cleaning record sheet must be written for cleaning.

4) There is no need to write cleaning records when switching from GRS products to non-GRS products;

5) The warehouse should keep clear records of GRS finished products in and out of warehouse;

6) GRS related records shall be kept for 5 years;

7) GRS products must be placed in special containers when circulating in various processes and must not be mixed or contaminated with non-GRS products.
