Introduction to ICTI factory audit annual review

1. Introduction This document applies to the annual review process of the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI) "Care" certificate.
2. Application procedure Four months before the expiration of the existing certificate, the International Council of Toy Industries' "Care" Fund Asia Company will appoint an ICTI-approved audit company to conduct an annual review of applicants with ICTI certificates.
Applicants download the latest application form from the ICTI website, fill out the form, sign and seal it, and then submit it to ICTI Care Fund Asia Co., Ltd. through the designated audit company, and complete the registration and fee payment with its assistance.
(Note: Factories with certificates can fill out the application form 4 months before the certificate expires and submit it to ICTI "Care" Fund Asia Company; at the same time, prepare the corresponding documents according to ICTI's annual review requirements.)
3. Evaluation of significant changes The audit company evaluates all significant changes of the applicant and determines whether the changes affect the applicant's eligibility in the ICTI "Care" program based on the following terms and conditions:

4. If the applicant meets the annual review requirements, the audit company shall assist the applicant to complete the registration and submit the application documents to the data system of ICTI "Caring" Fund Asia. 5. After the application is approved, the applicant will receive the registration number and registration date issued by the ICTI data system, completing the registration.
6. If the applicant does not meet the annual review qualifications, he/she will receive a notification from ICTI Care Fund Asia that his/her application has been rejected.
7. The audit fee is determined by the audit company based on the ICTI audit fee document and the total number of factory employees. The required fees are agreed upon and handled directly by the factory and the audit company. ICTI has no responsibility for this.
(Note: It is recommended that the factory promptly wire transfer the relevant fees for the annual review, such as the handling of the audit fee, to avoid delays in the audit work and the acquisition of the certificate due to wire transfer issues.)
8. The audit procedure shall be implemented in accordance with the “Annual Audit Procedure” ICTI-TC004.
9. After the applicant's certificate application is approved and the corresponding annual certificate fee is paid, he/she can obtain a new certificate.
(Note: The start date of the new certificate’s validity period is the end date of the previous certificate’s validity period.)
