Child labor refers to people who are employed under the age of 15 (or 14 if permitted by the laws of the country/region), have completed compulsory education age, or the minimum employment age in the country/region. Legal workplace apprenticeship programs that comply with all laws and regulations are not included. In order to clarify: 1. Organizations should develop relevant recruitment management procedures to verify workers' age certificates when recruiting, and should also be aware that workers sometimes use false identity certificates; 2. Regardless of whether an organization uses child labor, it is necessary to develop child labor relief policies and procedures so that effective actions can be taken when child labor is discovered; 3. Child relief measures generally include: 1. Providing educational assistance; 2. Employing their immediate family members, etc.; 4. Auditors can generally verify whether an organization uses child labor through the following channels: 1. Observe the external characteristics of employees such as height and weight; 2. Check identity-related certificates: such as copies of ID cards;
