Prohibition of Forced Labor Policy and Procedures
1. Purpose
Ensure that employees' freedom, rights and personality are not violated, and ensure compliance with regulations, laws and regulations and customer requirements.

In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of all employees, the company makes the following commitments:
3.1 It is not permitted to withhold employees’ identity documents, travel documents or personal property (money).

3.3 Employees are prohibited from taking products or work home.
3.4 Pay wages on time, in full and directly to employees.
3.5 During working hours, all workshops shall not be locked or closed to ensure that overtime work is carried out on a voluntary basis by employees. No personnel (including management personnel and security guards) shall be allowed to use violent means such as harassment, threats, corporal punishment, etc. to force employees to work or work overtime.
3.6 When working, employees are allowed to take leave and move freely within the factory area under reasonable circumstances after explaining the reasons to the management.
IV. Working Procedures
4.1 The Administration Department shall formulate the "Recruitment Policy and Procedure" and "Age Verification Policy and Procedure" to regulate the intentions and behaviors of the staff of the Human Resources Department when recruiting new employees.
4.2 Security guards strictly implement the company's confidentiality policy and "goods release" to control employees from taking products or work home.
4.3 The Administration Department shall formulate the “Employee Working Hours System and Policy” to stipulate employees’ daily working hours and overtime hours, etc.
4.4 The Administration Department formulates the Workers’ Wage Plan to stipulate the hourly rate, wage calculation method, wage payment date, employee social insurance and rest and vacation benefits, etc.
4.5 The Administration Department formulates the "Security Personnel Duty Code" to regulate the daily behavior of security personnel and make it clear that the security personnel are only set up to maintain the normal public security order of the company and ensure the personal and property safety of the company and employees, rather than to monitor or force employees to work.
4.6 The Administration Department has formulated the Employee Complaint System, which allows employees to file complaints about forced labor violations with the local labor management department, or the Administration Department Director/Deputy Manager/
Manager or company representative, or person at general manager level or above to file a complaint.
4.7 For all employees who file complaints to relevant personnel of the company, the company will keep their department, name, work number and other information confidential.
