Declaration of Implementation of the Obligations of the BSCI Code of Conduct

We, the undersigned, hereby confirm that:

1. We received and accepted the BSCI Code of Conduct and BSCI System; Regulations and Functions in November 2008.
2. We understand all relevant laws and regulations of our country or the country where our company is located.
3. If any applicable laws or regulations in the country where our company is located conflict with the BSCI Code of Conduct, we will notify (name of BSCI member).
4. We will fully implement the BSCI Code of Conduct in accordance with the development stage and shall not modify or abolish it.
5. We will inform all sub-contractors of the content and requirements of the BSCI Code of Conduct, and we guarantee that they will also implement the above guidelines.
6. (Name of BSCI Member) and any organization acting on its behalf may, at any time, with or without prior notice, conduct audit activities at our business locations and those of our sub-contractors.

7. Based on the requirements of (name of BSCI member), we agree to conduct self-assessment of social performance of ourselves and our sub-contractors and report the details of the assessment to (name of BSCI member) for reference. We will fully adopt the BSCI self-assessment questionnaire.
8. We will inform (name of BSCI member) of all business locations where products are manufactured and/or services are provided to (name of BSCI member). We guarantee that the business locations where products are manufactured and/or services are provided to (name of BSCI member) are limited to the addresses mentioned by us. We understand that failure to inform (name of BSCI member) of the locations where products are manufactured and/or services are provided is fully justified to lead to the immediate and unconditional termination of all commercial and contractual relations.
9. We will only use the BSCI Management Manual for purposes related to commercial and supervisory activities between BSCI and (name of BSCI member). We will not allow third parties to participate in the BSCI standard management/supervision process and therefore have no access to this manual.
