Minimum working age stipulated by current laws; 6. Any legal restrictions on the work of employees under the age of 18; 7. Weekly working hours regulations; 8. Weekly or monthly maximum overtime regulations; 9. At least one day off per week; 10. Local fire regulations; 11. Environmental regulations; 12. Written permission for overtime work from the local government; 13. Records of daily working hours (normal working hours, various overtime hours and monthly working days); 14. Workers' monthly salary records; 15. Salary calculation method and system; 16. Labor contract with official seal of the Labor Bureau; 17. Warning letter to workers; 18. Workers' leave application form; 19. Workers' resignation letter/record; 20. 1. Work permit and medical examination report for underage workers; 21. Current minimum wage standard; 22. List of various insurance policies (pension, unemployment, accident, medical and maternity insurance); 23. Inspection record of fire equipment; 24. Local fire safety inspection report; 25. List of chemicals and glues in use; 26. "Material Safety Data Sheet" of chemicals; 27. Various test reports from the Environmental Protection Bureau; 28. Workshop air detection report from the local health and epidemic prevention station; 29. Work injury report; 30. Needle break/change record; 31. Kitchen/restaurant hygiene license; 32. Kitchen/restaurant staff health certificate; 33. Special equipment license (elevator); 34. Work permit for special types of work; 35. Factory fire organization chart; 36. Workshop and dormitory evacuation drill record; 37. Factory fire equipment drill record; 38. Chemical safety training drill (annex to the labor contract, the "Dangerous Chemical Safety Guidance" contract signed between the training/using workers and the factory); 39. Rescue training drills (for first aid team members); 40. Records of distribution of activated carbon masks, gloves, dust masks and earplugs to employees in various departments; 41. Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law; 42. National Holiday Schedule; 43. Explanation records of the implementation of the induction card system; 44. Safety training. |
