Written permission for overtime work from the local government; 13. Records of daily working hours (normal working hours, various overtime hours and monthly working days); 14. Workers' monthly salary records; 15. Salary calculation method and system; 16. Labor contract with official seal of the Labor Bureau; 17. Warning letter to workers; 18. Workers' leave application form; 19. Workers' resignation letter/record; 20. 1. Work permit and medical examination report for underage workers; 21. Current minimum wage standard; 22.
