Like many large foreign supermarkets, Jcpenny also has its own audit department when evaluating factories. But even if Jcpenny's internal auditors come to inspect the factory, there are still many issues that the factory should pay attention to during the factory inspection. When Jcpenny reviews wages, it will require the factory to provide records of wages paid in the most recent year, and of course, the corresponding attendance records also need to be provided for one year. Jcpenny requires assessors to randomly select one month in the factory's off-season and peak season as the focus of the review when reviewing wages. The number of employees to be visited: When the number of factory employees is less than 100, the number of employees to be visited is 25% of the number of employees, and when the number of employees is greater than 100, the number of employees to be visited is no less than 25. Jcpenny's tolerance for factory violations is similar to that of other brands. During Jcpenny's evaluation process, product inspection and storage are also key points, and factories should pay corresponding attention to these aspects. |
