AVE Certified Work Clothing Certificate Issuance and Use Guidelines
1. Purpose: To standardize the issuance of work clothes and factory certificates for enterprises, so that work clothes and factory certificates can truly play their due role in identity identification.
2. Scope of application: All employees in the factory will receive free of charge.

1. Applicants can only receive factory certificates and work uniforms after passing all necessary assessments.
2. Factory ID and work clothes are symbols of identity for our employees. All employees must keep them properly.
3. When entering or leaving the factory, everyone must wear their factory ID card on their chest so that security guards can correctly identify them.
4. The factory ID is used as a proof of identity. No employee may lend the factory ID to other people. If any employee is found to have lent the factory ID to others, he/she will be punished accordingly depending on the severity of the case. If the case is particularly serious, the criminal will be sent to the public security organ for handling. The factory reserves the right to pursue the legal responsibility of the employee.
5. No employee is allowed to wear dirty or miscellaneous work clothes.
6. If the factory card is lost, you should immediately apply to the Human Resources Department for a new one and cancel the original card number. If you fail to report the loss of the factory card and cause losses, you will be compensated according to regulations.
7. If the work clothes are lost or damaged, you must go to the Human Resources Department to apply for a replacement.
8. All resigning employees must return their factory IDs when leaving the company. Those who do not return their factory IDs must explain the relevant reasons and have department heads and relevant witnesses to prove it. The factory ID number of the resigning employee will be immediately cancelled from the human resources system after completing the formalities and leaving the factory.
