VOVA's logistics time requirement is 5 days for delivery and 7 days for effective access to the Internet.

However, after 7 days, the store will miss a week of the original explosive traffic and will need to pay a deposit (which will be returned to the seller according to regulations when the store is closed).

Currently, VOVA orders are divided into consolidated shipping orders and ordinary orders. Due to the impact of the global epidemic, the logistics advantages of consolidated shipping orders will be significantly better than ordinary orders.

How does VOVA charge?

1. Settlement rate:

RMB: Settlement is based on the current day's cash purchase price of the Bank of China, and a 0.9% handling fee will be deducted. In the future, merchants with large liquidity will be offered more favorable rates.

USD: The settlement amount is USD 200 or above. A fixed handling fee of USD 20 will be charged for each payment regardless of the amount.

2. Settlement cycle: 15 days, with settlements made on the 1st and 17th of each month (8 weeks for new merchants, which can be adjusted to 4 weeks based on sales)
