Shopee's cross-border logistics services in Indonesia mainly use Shopee's own channel SLS (Shopee Logistics Service) and LWE's Indonesian logistics channel. Due to the limitations of local logistics conditions, the postal channel is not yet open.

Note: The final SLS freight needs to be rounded up to the nearest hundred. For example, the price calculation formula for 11g is 15,000+115=15,115 IDR, but the final freight needs to be rounded up to the nearest hundred, which is 15,200 IDR.

3. Special restrictions and regulations for logistics channels

1. LWE Restrictions and Regulations

In addition to the restrictions and prohibitions clearly stipulated by the laws and regulations of Indonesia and China, LWE Indonesia logistics channels also have the following restrictions and precautions:

* LWE package weight limit: 20KG

* Package size requirement: one side <1.5M

* Communication equipment (such as mobile phones, tablets and walkie-talkies) is not allowed

* Pure battery products such as mobile power banks and electrical appliances containing solar panels are not allowed

2. SLS Restrictions and Regulations

In addition to the restrictions and prohibitions clearly stipulated by the laws and regulations of Indonesia and China, the SLS Indonesia logistics channel has the following restrictions and precautions:

* Package weight limit: 30KG

* Package size requirements: one side <1.2M, three sides <1.8M

* Batteries, powders and other dangerous goods subject to aviation control are not allowed to be shipped

* Single liquid packaging cannot exceed 50ml

* Mobile phones and other communication equipment can be shipped, but an average tariff of 40% will be imposed

* The customs duty-free amount for individual parcels in Indonesia is 100 USD. If the order amount exceeds this amount, it will be taxed by the customs, with an average tax rate of 40%. At the same time, the amount of a single parcel cannot exceed 1500 USD, otherwise it cannot be sent.

LWE can provide free door-to-door collection service if the seller meets the following conditions:

* The seller's shipping address is in Shenzhen

* Single shipment weight exceeds 50KG

3. Packaging and Shipping Requirements

Sellers can pack multiple parcels and send them to designated transshipment warehouses. The packaging of the parcels must meet the following requirements:

*Packaged in a sturdy bag to prevent damage

* Each individual small package needs to have a complete and clear label, and the barcode can be read by the scanner

* If it is an electronic product that emits sound and light, please make sure the power is turned off and it will not emit light.

* The package weight and size cannot exceed the channel's requirements

* Confirm that the recipient's name and recipient information are complete

Packages that do not meet the above criteria may be intercepted and incur return fees and delays.

2. LWE package tracking

In addition to checking the status of packages on the Shopee platform, sellers can also contact and handle abnormal packages through LWE's customer service.

6. About last-mile delivery

1. SLS last-mile delivery in Indonesia

SLS uses JNE as the final delivery service provider in Indonesia. The first two deliveries are free, and additional charges will be incurred from the third delivery onwards.

If the first delivery fails, the shipment will be returned to the JNE service provider site. At the same time, Shopee customer service will contact the recipient and reconfirm the delivery address. After confirmation, a second delivery will be arranged.

If the confirmation address is incorrect, Shopee customer service will contact the seller directly by email to confirm the recipient's address and contact information for a second delivery. The seller needs to confirm the recipient's address within 10 days, otherwise the package will be destroyed. If a different address is required, additional fees will be incurred.

If the second delivery is still unsuccessful, Shopee customer service will contact the seller for the next delivery, but additional fees will be incurred.

2. LWE’s last-mile delivery in Indonesia

LWE uses JNE as the final delivery service provider in Indonesia. The first two deliveries are free, and additional charges will be incurred from the third delivery onwards.

VII. About logistics cost settlement

1. About SLS logistics settlement

Sellers who have opened accounts on the platform will settle accounts directly with the platform. After the transaction is completed, the transaction amount paid by the buyer will be paid to the seller by Shopee after deducting the shipping fee and all related fees.

2. About LWE logistics settlement

After opening an account on Shopee, sellers also need to open an account on LWE as a Shopee seller to use the logistics service. At the same time, the logistics costs incurred by the seller will be settled directly between the seller and LWE.
