Can individuals open a store on eBay?

Step 1: Register an eBay trading account

1. Open http://www.ebay.com.hk or http://www.ebay.cn and click the "Register" button in the upper left corner.

2. After entering the eBay registration page, set your eBay member account and password.

3. Fill in the registration information in each column truthfully according to the requirements of the registration form.

4. eBay has now sent a registration confirmation email to your registered email address. Click "Please check your email address".

5. After entering your mailbox, find and open the registration confirmation email sent to you by eBay, and click the button "Complete Member Registration" in the email. You will then be redirected to the eBay welcome page to complete the transaction account registration, and finally the eBay account identity authentication. Mainland China can verify this through dual-currency credit cards and mobile phones. The credit card will virtually deduct US$10 and will be returned in the next month.

Step 2: Register a PayPal account

1. Open http://www.paypal.com and click Register.

2. It is recommended to register for a PayPal "Premium Account" type, which is suitable for individuals who shop and sell online.

3. Fill in the registration information as required and click "I agree, please create my account" at the bottom of the page.

4. Paypal authentication: dual currency credit or debit card authentication.

Step 3: Bind your eBay account and Paypal account

1. Log in to your eBay account and click My eBay in the upper right corner.

2. Click Account - PayPal Account - Connect to My PayPal Account - Enter PayPal account number and password.

Notes: 1. When registering an account, please fill in the registration information truthfully.

2. Use international email addresses such as hotmail, gmail, 163, etc. as the registered email address to ensure that you can successfully receive emails from eBay and overseas buyers.

3. Prepare a dual-currency credit card (VISA, MasterCaed) and open online banking for the credit card to facilitate future operations.

4. It is best to sell after the cross-border certification. The information required for cross-border certification: ID card information, personal recent photo, address proof information (the address proof must be consistent with the registered address).

3. Conversion between personal account and business account
