factory regulations

In order to improve the company's production management, the company promotes standardized management with strict factory rules and regulations to ensure good production order and product quality. In accordance with the "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China", the following regulations are specially formulated.

1. New employees must carefully read this factory rule and strictly abide by it. Employees' work behavior should not harm the interests of the factory. Poor work performance or bad behavior may result in: a verbal warning for the first time; a final written warning or suspension or demotion for the second time; any disloyalty and intentional wrongdoing or bad behavior of the employee for the third time may result in immediate dismissal. The company will pay economic compensation for the termination of the labor contract in May each year, which will be compensated according to the local minimum wage.

2. The company strictly prohibits the employment of child labor (under the age of 16). The employees hired must have a legal ID card, be in good health, and be approved to enter the factory after passing the assessment. No discrimination shall be made due to ethnicity, gender, religion, or belief. All employees shall be treated equally, regardless of their relationship with the company.

3. After the employee joins the company, the company will sign a labor contract with the employee, and the contract can be renewed or terminated upon expiration.

4. The probation period for employees is one month. If at any time during the probation period, you think that the company is not suitable for you, you are completely free to resign. Similarly, if the company wants to terminate the contract with you, it can also terminate the contract between the two parties in any way.

5. Applicants who wish to resign must submit their resignation application to their immediate supervisor one month in advance and may resign only after approval by relevant personnel.

6. To ensure safe production and improve work efficiency, a pre-employment training and assessment system is implemented for newly hired employees. Those who have not received training or have failed the training are not allowed to take up their posts.

7. The company provides accommodation and meals, and employees are free to choose whether to stay and eat in the company.

8. Employees should obey the instructions of their supervisors, fulfill their duties, complete their work tasks and report their work status in a timely manner, and achieve an acceptable standard.

9. Employees must wear their factory ID card correctly on their left chest when entering or leaving the factory. If the factory ID card is damaged or lost, please apply for a new one immediately.

10. Employees must be neatly dressed and clean when they go to work. They must wear work clothes, factory badges, and factory hats. They are not allowed to wear slippers, vests, or shorts. Men are not allowed to have long beards, dye their hair, or wear earrings. Their hair should be above their collars. Women should have neat hairstyles, elegant makeup, and be well-dressed.

11. Employees must strictly follow the clock-in and clock-out rules and queue up to clock-in. No fraud is allowed. No one is allowed to leave work early before the bell rings. No one is allowed to ask someone else to clock in or clock out on their behalf. If someone fails to clock in due to negligence or because the card is damaged, the card should be signed by a department manager or above on the same day.

12. Employees must strictly abide by the get off work schedule and must not be late, leave early, or leave their work posts without permission. They must not meet with guests without permission. They must apply for leave in writing from their immediate supervisor if they have something to do. They can only leave the factory after approval and a personnel release slip during working hours. Absenteeism without reason is strictly prohibited.

13. Employees are not allowed to chat, make noise, read books or newspapers, listen to the radio, eat or get drunk during working hours. They are strictly prohibited from being passive, neglecting their duties or sleeping.

14. Bicycles are not allowed in the company's production area. Bicycles and motorcycles should be parked in the company's designated areas.

15. Employees should establish the concept of treating the factory as their home, work diligently, be thrifty, and cherish every screw, every grain of material, every kilowatt-hour of electricity, and every drop of water in the factory.

16. Employees should respect and love each other, communicate and coordinate with each other at work, and promote each other. Managers have the obligation to teach employees production technology and moral qualities, correct employees' bad habits, and comprehensively improve the work efficiency and technical level of the entire department.

17. Managers must be strict with themselves, treat others fairly, and must not use their power to seek improper benefits for themselves or others. They must not forge or falsely fill out expense reports, receipts, etc.

18. Quarrels, fights, insults and damage to firefighting facilities are strictly prohibited in the company. Anyone who fights, damages firefighting facilities or violates safety regulations and does not obey orders will be dismissed by the factory. Those with serious circumstances will be handed over to the local public security organs for handling.

19. Smoking is only allowed in the living area, reception room and toilets of the factory. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any other places.

20. You are not allowed to bring personal belongings into the workplace during work hours, and you are not allowed to take any public property out of the factory without permission. Anyone who takes public property out of the factory without permission will be treated as a thief.

21. Employees should consciously keep the factory clean and hygienic, and are not allowed to spit, litter paper scraps, cigarette butts, fruit peels and other debris.

22. If an employee who is working on machinery or dangerous operation positions does not receive prior department training or approval from management personnel, and causes damage to the machinery or personal injury, the company has the right to demand compensation for the losses.

23. No one shall state or disclose (including to the press, radio, television and media representatives) the Company’s financial or trade secrets and/or confidential information (including the details of this factory rule and other policies, except for those authorized by the Company).

24. For employees who commit criminal offenses outside of work and violate national and government laws, regardless of whether the crime is related to their work, the factory reserves the right to terminate the employment of the employee. The factory is not responsible for any illegal or disorderly behavior outside the factory.

25. The company will increase salary, promote or award year-end bonuses based on the employees' usual work performance and the performance evaluation of the year, reflecting the principle of rewarding the good and punishing the bad, and more work, more pay. The factory will pay the employees in cash before the end of the next month.

26. The right to interpret the factory rules belongs to ************** Co., Ltd. The specific matters shall be implemented by the Administration Department. If there are any unfinished matters during the implementation, the factory will announce them separately.
