What is RyderSystem?

RyderSystem, also known as Ryder System in Chinese, focuses on logistics, supply chain and transportation management services. Although the company provides a lot of one-stop services, its transportation services still account for the largest proportion of its business, about 60%. Its main market is the United States, with 80% of its business coming from the United States, and international business only accounts for about 12%.

In the automotive industry, Ryder Systems is a global leading logistics service provider for numerous automobile manufacturers such as General Motors, Daimler, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Chrysler and parts manufacturers such as Delphi, Avimer, Visteon and others.

In Japan, on November 2, 2000, Ryder Systems, Inc., Toyota Americas, Inc. and its Japanese parent company, Toyota Group, jointly established a joint venture called TTR Logistics.

In China, from 2000 to 2003, Ryde became the leading logistics service provider for Shanghai General Motors; Ryder provided automotive logistics consulting services to Beijing Benz Chrysler and COSCO Logistics; Ryder was also the logistics service provider for HP in Shenzhen.

Ryder Systems provides a range of technologically advanced logistics, supply chain and transportation management services worldwide. RyderSystem's product range includes comprehensive service leasing, commercial leasing, motor vehicle repair and integrated services. In addition, it also provides comprehensive supply chain solutions, cutting-edge logistics management services and e-commerce solutions, from the supply of input raw materials to the distribution of products, and is committed to supporting customers' entire supply chain.

Ryder's customers are located in Asia, North America, Latin America, and Europe. In terms of regional business distribution, US business accounts for more than 80% of total revenue, and international business accounts for about 20%. In terms of business segments, transportation services account for 50+%, and logistics accounts for 30+%.
