Can you boil water and cook rice in the dormitory? 7) Is the canteen clean and hygienic, and is the food delicious? 8) Does the factory provide you with entertainment conditions? 9) Do the people in your dormitory get off work at the same time? How do you take a shower? II. Factory Management Discipline 1) What are your opinions on the factory? What should be improved? 2) If you do something wrong, how will your boss or the factory deal with you? Will you be fined? 3) Will your boss beat or scold you? Does he have bad intentions or tease female employees? Is the security guard very fierce to the employees? Does he bully them? Will male workers bully female workers? 4) Does your boss force you to do things you don’t want to do? 5) What does the factory hire female security guards for? Does the factory require you to wear safety equipment? 8) Do you need a physical examination? How often do you need to have a physical examination? Do you know the results of the examination? Do you have specified tasks? 7) How is the salary calculated? 8) Does your factory pay wages according to national statutory holidays? 9) What welfare holidays does your factory provide? (5 days of family leave, 4 days of marriage leave, 2 days of bereavement leave, 90 days of maternity leave) 10) Are there any employees under the age of 16 in the factory? Are there any younger people? 11) Do you deduct money for work clothes?
