1. Legality of the company: Guests can verify whether the company is legal and safe by checking the company's business license, tax registration certificate, fire escape map and other documents. 2. Child labor and underage workers: The client absolutely prohibits the company from employing child labor under the age of 16. It can accept the employment of underage workers between the ages of 16 and 18, but it must have approval from the government department and take practical actions to ensure the physical and mental health of the underage workers. 3. Discrimination: The client does not allow the company to discriminate based on gender, race, age, religion, etc. when hiring and promoting employees. The factory inspection personnel will generally check the personnel files of all employees in service and the personnel files and labor contracts of those who have left in the last 6 months. 4. Working hours: The company must ensure workers' rest time in accordance with local laws and regulations, with at least one day off per week and no more than 60 working hours per week. 5. Labor remuneration: employees' wages for overtime work during normal hours and statutory holidays shall be paid at the rate prescribed by local laws, and the monthly wages shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard. Customers generally check the employee attendance and salary payment records for the last 3 or 12 months. 6. Disciplinary measures: The customer does not accept any fines, beatings or scolding of employees by the company, nor does the customer accept any forced labor by the company. 8. Anti-terrorism: There should be not only corresponding procedures for the flow of personnel and goods, but also corresponding operation records. For the company's physical security, needle control management must keep records according to the customer's requirements. |
