I. General Provisions (1) Security guard management is a microcosm of enterprise management and one of the standards that reflect the management level. This system is specially formulated to strengthen security guard management. (II) This system applies to the company’s employees and security management personnel.
II. Management Measures (1) Security guards must strictly abide by and implement company regulations, perform their duties conscientiously, perform their duties in a civilized manner, and treat guests politely. (II) Security guards should be on duty 24 hours a day and patrol the entire company every two hours at night. If any violation of discipline or theft is found, it should be stopped in time, reported to the superior and recorded. In the event of public security incidents and disasters, active and effective response measures should be taken and reported to the public security organs in time. If any employee violates discipline or regulations, it should be reported to the competent department in time to assist in handling.
(III) The guard room and its surroundings must be kept clean, and items should be placed in a standardized manner. Smoking is not allowed in the guard room. Irrelevant personnel are not allowed to linger, chat, laugh, play, make trouble for, or harass the on-duty personnel in the guard room. Violators will be severely punished according to the severity of the circumstances. If the on-duty personnel are rude, uncivilized and impolite, and deliberately make things difficult for employees or outsiders, they will be severely punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of the company's management system once discovered.
(IV) Strictly implement the employee entry and exit system. On-duty employees are not allowed to leave the company in principle. If they really need to go out, they should fill out the employee entry and exit card truthfully or enter and exit with the vehicle exit list. Those who do not meet the above procedures will not be allowed to enter by the guard. Those who force themselves to go out should be reported to the factory immediately. Outsiders who need to enter the company for official business can enter the company only after obtaining the consent of the person being visited, presenting valid documents and accurately filling out the visitor form; outsiders who cannot contact the person being visited for the time being can wait in the guard room or designated place. It is strictly forbidden for idle people or people who have nothing to do with the company's work to enter the company.
(V) Company employees are not allowed to have private meetings during working hours. Special circumstances must be approved by the head of the department to which they belong.
(VI) Those who are not properly dressed, wearing slippers, vests or shorts are not allowed to enter the company.
(VII) Strictly implement the material management regulations. Any materials entering or leaving the company must go through the relevant procedures. All materials from cooperative units and construction units that are not from the company must be registered at the gatehouse when entering the company. Unregistered materials shall not be allowed to enter; all purchased, processed, borrowed materials, semi-finished products, tools and other materials shipped out of the company must hold a delivery order or exit permit from the Finance Department or the warehouse, and can only be released after verification; all materials that are urgently needed for processing outside the company during holidays, before work, and after get off work must be signed and approved by managers and above before they can be released. (VIII) Strictly implement the vehicle entry and exit system. External vehicles entering the company must be strictly inspected and registered. The company's vehicles must be issued a vehicle exit form, which must be signed by the department head. If there is no vehicle exit form, the door guard has the right to refuse to let the vehicle pass. Except for managers and above. All people in the vehicle must present an exit permit (except for vehicles with managers and above), otherwise they will not be allowed to pass.
(IX) It is strictly forbidden to punch in for others or forge attendance records or to leave the company after punching in. The guards should register the persons violating the rules and regulations and report them to the factory in a timely manner.
(10) If anyone violates this system and disobeys the security guard manager, the on-duty personnel have the right to enforce the rules, and the person concerned will be responsible for all consequences resulting from this.
III. Supplementary Provisions (I) The factory department has the right to interpret this system. (II) This system shall be implemented from the date of publication. |
