AVE Factory Inspection <Penalty Notice> <Warning Letter> Usage Guide
1.0 Purpose

Standardize the penalty procedures to ensure strict implementation of factory rules and regulations.

2.0 Scope of application/position

Personnel and General Affairs Department, and Duty Department.

Applicable to positions above junior clerk in the Human Resources and General Affairs Department and heads of various departments.

3.0 Operational Procedures

3.1 In addition to verbal warnings, employees who violate factory rules and regulations may be punished according to "7.2" of the "Employee Handbook". This can be implemented through "Warning Letters" and "Penalty Notices".

3.2 The proposer shall provide the violator’s work number, name, department, and time of violation to the Human Resources and General Affairs Department using MEMO.

3.3 The Human Resources and General Affairs Department shall fill out the Penalty Notice and Warning Letter (a Resignation Form shall be filled out when dismissal or expulsion is required) in accordance with Section 7.2 of the Employee Handbook.

3.4 Clearly fill in the employee's mistakes and whether they violated or complied with Article 1 of the Employee Handbook. If additional processing is required, further explanation is required.

3.5 The department head shall educate the employee and have the employee sign and the department head sign before submitting it to the Human Resources and General Affairs Department.

3.6 The Human Resources Department will send the weekly "Warning Letter" to the department manager for review and filing after it is returned.

3.7 At the beginning of each month, the stub (copy) of the previous month's "Penalty Notice" shall be submitted to the Business Department for input into the computer for deduction.

3.8 The "Penalty Notice" and "Warning Letter" can be saved after verification and relevant personal file records are made.

3.9 Fines will be deducted from the monthly salary.

Note: If the employee who violates the rules refuses to sign, the Human Resources and General Affairs Department will investigate the details of the matter and report it to the higher authorities for handling.

All fines are enforced through a <<Penalty Notice>>.

If necessary, it can be reported to the department or the entire factory.

If you have any objections to the proposals made by the security department’s on-duty personnel, you should coordinate directly with the security team leader.

When the treatment of employees within a department is inconsistent with factory regulations, the Human Resources and General Affairs Department should inquire about the situation and have the director of the superior Human Resources and General Affairs Department handle it.
