Problem phenomenon: The recruitment notice contains discriminatory words.
Solution: Delete any discriminatory words in recruitment discrimination, which can be used flexibly!
BSCI Clause: B.8.1 Is there any deviation in compensation, benefits, hiring procedure, job ssignment, retirement provisions, access to services etc. between mployees in regard to age, caste, disability, ethnic and/or national rigin, gender, membership in free and ependent workers'organisations including free and independent unions, political affiliation, ace, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, family responsibilities, social background or other personal characteristics?
Are there differences in compensation, benefits, hiring procedures, work assignments, retirement provisions, access to services, etc. among employees because of age, rank, disability, racial and/or ethnic origin, sex, membership in free and independent workers' organizations, including free and independent trade unions, political affiliations, race, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, family responsibilities, social background, or other personal characteristics?
