What preparations must be made for ES factory inspection? It needs to be explained that ES is Wal-Mart's ethical standards. The factory has suspended attendance inquiries. 8. All canned/barreled chemicals such as gun water, lubricants, engine oil, etc. should be properly stored. Gun water cleaning of the water cleaning department should not be placed in the workshop. 9. All mechanical protective equipment such as films, wire rings, protective covers, etc. must be installed back to their original locations. Machinery that is not operated by anyone must be covered. 10. All new employees or helpers who have not received the "training" questions and answers will not go to work that day until the guests leave, or they will receive "training" immediately. 11. The workers' canteen kitchen must be kept clean; raw and cooked food must be placed separately, and cooked food must be covered. 12. Personnel Department, please prepare leave application documents for guests to review (relevant holidays, Saturdays/Sundays and office staff leave applications should be removed and not allowed to be seen by guests). 13. All warehouse documents and registrations should avoid being processed on Sundays, or be processed in two separate sets of documents. 17. Remove all notices from notice boards in passages and stairwells. To avoid accidents, keep all entry and exit records of all passages and gates. Check all types of fire-fighting equipment. |
