Sedex Membership Guidelines

Sedex is a membership-based organization where each member agrees to abide by a common code of conduct.

The key points of the guidelines are as follows:

1. All members agree to work towards achieving the vision.
2. All members can use the corresponding functions of the Sedex system according to their membership type.
3. All members commit to provide data to the Sedex system diligently and update it regularly.
4. Members will be able to use and evaluate the data for the sole purpose of evaluating compliance with their labor and other ethical standards.
5. Members must treat any information downloaded from the website as confidential.
6. Companies may only enter data for employment sites that they own.
7. All members may propose to run for membership on the Board of Directors or to participate in a working group.
