Abercrombie & Fitch Business Guidelines

1. General Dependency Standards

The compliance standards outlined herein apply to all sellers, suppliers and agents who manufacture or supply Abercrombie products.

These compliances represent the requirements that all factories must meet in order to do business with Abercrombie.

When selecting suppliers, Abercrombie identifies reputable companies that are committed to relying on and conducting business with

statutory requirements.

Statutory requirements
Abercrombie sellers and suppliers strictly comply with all contractual agreements, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

Including the United States and those manufacturing and exporting countries.

Country of origin
Abercrombie will not allow merchandise to be imported into the United States without labels accurately indicating the country of origin.

Price estimation
Abercrombie requires sellers to pay or receivable the total price of imported goods, reflecting all

Forced Labor
Abercrombie does not tolerate the direct or indirect use of prisoners, forced indentured labor, slaves,

Bonded or other forced involuntary labor.

3. Quality Assurance Evaluation
Abercrombie further requires that the seller or a reputable outsourcing inspection agent provide

The goods must be accompanied by a signed certificate of quality inspection guaranteeing compliance with AQL4.0 or other specific grading standards.

4. Country of origin label
Abercrombie requires sellers to prevent rotation, use of false origin labels, and to circumvent quota restrictions.

Suspend acceptance of existing orders;
Cancel the order and do not pay;
Withhold payment until the deficiency has been remedied;
Terminate current production;
Prohibit the seller from using subcontractors that violate these standards;
·Terminate the commercial relationship with the Seller.
These remedies are in addition to any other remedies specifically provided for in any contract between Abercrombie and Seller

Abercrombie reserves the right to notify public authorities of possible violations of law.

6. Intellectual Property Protection Sellers, suppliers, and agents should be aware that products containing product names owned or licensed by Abercrombie

, trademarks or copyrights are exclusive to Abercrombie. Sellers, suppliers and agents must work hard to protect

Abercrombie's trade names, trademarks or copyrights. Only with Abercrombie's prior consent
