The warehouse department must formulate an on-site inspection plan every year, which will take effect after being reviewed by the head of the material control department and approved by the general manager. According to the "Supplier Annual Inspection Plan", the warehouse department notifies the factory and relevant responsible departments to implement on-site inspections. Within one working week after the inspection, the warehouse department will submit an on-site inspection report, which includes improvement requirements and is distributed to suppliers and relevant departments. For suppliers with newly established order relationships, routine on-site inspections are also required, and the inspection report is used as one of the bases for selecting suppliers.

Confirmation of improvement requirements Based on the on-site inspection report, the warehouse department organizes factory management personnel and the human resources department to go to the supplier's site to confirm the completion of the improvement requirements and retain the confirmation evidence. The completion of the supplier's improvement requirements is divided into four levels: excellent, such suppliers and subcontractors are reviewed once every two years; good, such suppliers and subcontractors are reviewed once a year; needs improvement, such suppliers are reviewed every 3 to 6 months; unqualified, the cooperation is terminated immediately, and if they improve in the future, they can cooperate again after 3 years;

Supplier Review Based on the supplier's improvement performance, the warehouse department organizes the responsible department to hold a meeting to discuss the possibility of maintaining the order relationship, and makes suggestions to the human resources director for review and approval.
