"If you don't read the introduction of many fabrics, you have no idea what raw materials they are made of; but these fabrics have one thing in common, that is, they feel very comfortable and light." Zhang Guocheng told reporters that in terms of materials, green and environmentally friendly will be the popular trend, and in terms of functions, they pursue multiple functions such as antibacterial, moisture-proof, and UV protection.

Xurong Company has recently completed a solar industrial water device that can meet the hot water needs of the entire factory. They introduced the contract energy management model at the end of last year and applied it to energy-saving transformation practices, saving nearly 10,000 tons of steam in half a year and saving 2.17 million yuan in costs.

In terms of water-saving production, Xurong changed the dyeing vat bath ratio from 1:12 to 1:5. Originally, 12 tons of water were needed to dye 1 ton of cloth, but now only 5 tons are needed. At the same time, 100% of cooling water is recycled, and condensed water and cooling water recycling systems are used to recycle the forward washing water and backwashing water in the soft water production process, all of which have achieved significant water-saving effects.

In terms of supporting projects, Xurong's boiler room has achieved cost savings of about 130 yuan per ton through technical transformation. Similarly, measures such as motor frequency conversion transformation, the use of air source heat pump units, replacing traditional street lights with wind and solar street lights, and transforming ordinary workshop lighting into electrodeless lamps can save 200,000 kWh of electricity for the company every year.

"We also have a new technology, cold transfer printing. In the past, printing was done with steam heating, but now we use digital printing, which saves about 2/3 of water, 1/3 of steam, and 2/3 of sewage compared to ordinary printing and dyeing. We won the first prize of the 'Light of Textiles' Science and Technology Award of the China Textile Industry Association in 2011." Zhang Guocheng said.
