The company creates a safe and healthy working environment and conditions for employees, and takes many measures to ensure that workers get the necessary occupational health protection. At the same time, it also requires employees to abide by the company's relevant regulations: "Workshop Safety Production System", "Factory Training System" and other systems and regulations, and correctly use occupational disease protection equipment and personal occupational disease protection products.

In order to prevent, control and eliminate occupational hazards, prevent and treat occupational diseases and protect the health of workers, the company now makes the following additional provisions:

1. New employees and all employees must undergo three levels of factory training (factory, workshop, and job). At each level of training, employees must be informed of the occupational hazards of their jobs (exposure to noise, chemicals, dust, etc.), and are required to comply with relevant regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment when working in places with occupational hazards. Employees must sign to confirm.

2. When working in a workplace with occupational hazards, you need to use the appropriate personal protective equipment correctly. When you receive personal protective equipment, you must sign:

In high-noise places: Wear earplugs or a mask

. In places with dust, etc.: You must wear a mask/protective glasses

3. The factory requires employees who are exposed to occupational hazards for a long time to undergo occupational health examinations during their work, and employees must participate.

4. During working hours, the exhaust fan must be kept on to allow air circulation and ensure fresh air in the workshop.

5. For those who violate relevant systems or regulations, they will be required to receive education and a written warning for the first violation, a final written warning for the second violation, and the contract will be terminated for the third violation.
